EIRIS Portfolio Manager (EPM)
CAER has a licence to distribute the EPM software platform in Australian and New Zealand. This software platform provides direct access to global research universe on 3,000 companies. Over 100 research indicators are available covering key ESG issues as well as other ethical considerations. The EPM software platform is designed to facilitate quick, easy and efficient data analysis. The software comes with a number of ready to use products that can help clients in different aspects of their ESG requirements. Climate Change Toolkit
This Toolkit allows clients to incorporate three products to help mitigate against climate change risks and maximise potential opportunities resulting from Climate Change. It enables investors to assess their portfolios and design investment strategies in response to the challenges of a carbon-constrained economy. More info

This Toolkit is designed to help asset owners and asset managers implement their commitments to the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI): EIRisk, Global Compact Engager and Report Monitor. More info
Convention Watch
The Convention Watch service provides a clear understanding of the many serious negative allegations made against companies in press articles and through NGO campaigns. It reviews and assesses allegations of company breaches of the spirit of major international conventions on human rights, labour standards, the environment, corruption, anti-personnel landmines and cluster munitions. Enhanced ESG Voting Service
Through its international partner CAER can offer clients an Enhanced ESG Voting Service. This service enables investors to add value to their proxy voting policies by ensuring that they take account of material ESG issues. It offers enhanced voting recommendations using over 25 years of ESG research expertise. The service supports investors through all phases of enhancing their voting including integrating ESG considerations into proxy voting policy, providing voting recommendations, supporting engagement and assisting with reporting on voting and engagement activity. ESG Engagement Service
In a similar way, through its international partner CAER can offer clients an Enhanced Engagement Voting Service. This client service enables investors to use their influence as shareholders to advocate how companies may address material ESG issues in order to protect and enhance the value of their investments. It offers comprehensive support and consultancy to assist asset owners and managers develop and implement an engagement strategy. The service supports investors through all phases of engagement including developing a practical policy, providing recommendations for specific and general topics/issues for engagement, facilitating engagement, and assisting with reporting on engagement activity. Country Sustainability Ratings
CAER can offer this service to clients again through its international partner's alliance. The service is designed for sovereign bond investors to help them distinguish and rank countries according to ESG factors. The service comprises key sustainability indicators for 68 countries worldwide. This ESG data can be manipulated and weighted by the investor to give a bespoke rating, ranking and profile for each country. More info
ESG News Monitor
Another service that CAER offers, tracks coverage of news items relating to the ESG performance of companies in the ASX-300 and NZ-50, including stories relating to human rights abuses; violations of individuals’ rights in situations of war or conflict; environmental damage; corruption and other serious violations of fundamental ethical norms. Controversial Weapons Monitor
This service is again offered through the international partners with which CAER works in the ESG space. This service enables clients to track the involvement of companies worldwide in the production of the following controversial weapons: nuclear, chemical, biological, incendiary, and laser blinding weapons, cluster munitions and antipersonnel landmines.
